This place was amazing, the staff was super friendly and helpful. All the food portions were amazing and filling. You can choose your own broth and just make your own sauce to either add to the broth or to use as a side. The only thing is that since it’s popular it a 30min-1hr waiting time but it’s perfect for a date or a family/friends outing. You do have 2hrs to finish eating so that other people may have a turn which is very considerate. They also have a little free ice cream section. I would totally go back and hopefully I can go back again. ☺️

Went here on a Sunday. Since this was on the weekend, expect a wait (but worth). It took us 20 minutes for us to get seated but you can order hot pot and kbbq at the same time. The meats came out here pretty fast. They also have a sauce guide on the walls to help you make the. Most of the meats here are pretty standard to other KBBQ spots but like the others still amazing nonetheless. They also have private rooms in the back, assuming you can book for private parties.

V-yan is our go to hotpot spot. The service, food and quality is consistent and great. Pricing is reasonable and 2 hours is more than enough time for an all you can eat. The dessert selection is small and consist of ice cream and red bean soup, but that's more than enough because we are always too full to eat anymore. It's a first come first serve. They do not take reservations.

Had a family dinner here on a Sunday evening. We had a party of 7 and convinced the hostess to seat us in one of the special rooms that seat 10 people. Service is fast. They have a 2 hour time limit per table so we got down to business and ordered the hot pot & Korean BBQ combo. Keep in mind, the restaurants policy is if one person orders the combo, everyone orders the combo. Each diner has their own convection plate in front of them so you can pick your own broth and not have to share a communal broth pot. V-Yan Hot Pot is a BYOB so feel free to bring a cooler or bottle of your favorite spirit. For dessert they have self serve ice cream station and a traditional sweet warm red bean dessert. It gets crowded fast and usually have lines of people with wait times exceeding 30 minutes.

Solid all-you-can-eat spot offering both hot pot and Korean BBQ. For one price, you can choose either or both, with a generous two-hour dining window. The food is mostly fresh, with a good variety of vegetables, meats, and seafood to order from the menu. Service is quickβ€”just mark your choices and the staff brings it out. A self-serve sauce and seasoning bar lets you customize your dips, and they also offer Asian-style desserts and ice cream. The atmosphere is lively, authentically chaotic, and quite noisyβ€”perfect for a fun, casual group outing.
